Processing TimeMost Rosie's Ropes products are handmade to order. Production times vary depending on current order volume and product complexity. Current turnaround times are displayed when possible or communicated before work begins. If an unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified promptly.ShippingOrders ship after production is complete. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable. Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Rosie's Ropes is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.Returns & ExchangesBecause most products are custom made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error in the order.
